Please Note: Applications for Spring 2024 graduation are now closed. 

All students enroled in their final course, semester or year of study and are planning to successfully complete their degree requirements must submit a Graduation Application form to the Office of the Registrar no later than November 15, 2023. Applications for the Spring 2025 graduation will open June 1st.

Graduation Regalia & Dress Code

Graduation Regalia includes a robe, hat, and tassel. These items have been ordered for everyone who confirmed they will be attending the ceremony in person, and are yours to keep! Graduation Regalia packages will be handed out at the rehearsals. If you are unable to attend the rehearsal, you can get your regalia package the day of the ceremony at check-in.

Dress Code for the Ceremonies:

• Long, dark pants or appropriate dress/skirt and tasteful shoes. Flip-flops, sandals, and runners are not considered appropriate footwear.
• For seminary-level graduands: While we do not require long sleeves, please keep in mind that graduate-level gowns do not have full-length sleeves.
• For those receiving degrees: you will need to kneel so that the Academic Hood can be placed over your head. Please keep this in mind in choosing your wardrobe and footwear.

Note: you cannot bring anything with you on stage. Please leave valuables and bags with friends and family.

Finance Reminder

All tuition and fees must be paid by April 12 at 4:00 pm in order to graduate. Please contact our Finance Office if you have any questions: studentaccounts@ambrose.edu.

Tickets & Attendance 

Tickets are NOT required for any of the graduation ceremonies this year. You are not required to book seats in advance. Seats will be first come, first served.

Flowers, Parchment Frames, & Gifts

The Lion's store will be carrying everything you need to celebrate graduation! They have Ambrose-branded drinkware, clothing, parchment frames (on promotion for the month of March), grad bears, and more. They will be open during the ceremonies and will also have a beautiful selection of flowers available for purchase. Graduation Photos

Graduation Photos will be taken the week of March 18-March 22, with retakes available on April 25. They will be held in the Audio Visual Studio on campus (REL L118). You must book a time in advance. Please book your photos here: https://gradphotos.ca/classes/ambrose_university/
