Rob Snow was born and raised in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. He has been teaching full time at Ambrose University since 2006 and taught part-time at Trinity Western University for two years prior to Ambrose. Rob specializes in the Gospels, Greek linguistics, the use of the OT in the NT as well as the influence of Jewish apocalyptic literature on the Gospels. He is currently writing a monograph titled Remythologizing the Synoptic Gospels: The Hidden Reign of God Revealed under contract with Fortress Press.

Rob has been and continues to be in various ministry roles over the past twenty years. After graduating from Regent College, he became youth pastor at Legacy Church of the Nazarene in Surrey, BC, a position he held until he began teaching at Trinity Western. Other ministry roles include preaching, teaching, leading spiritual formation seminars, and coordinating a prayer ministry. Rob is a member of Calgary First Church of the Nazarene where he preaches and teaches regularly.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys fixing automobiles and renovating his home. He is married to Jennifer Snow, an elementary school teacher. They have three teenage children: Nathan, Maggie, and Sophie.
