The Office of the Registrar provides service to all students in the areas of registration, transfer credit, academic records, and graduation, as well as in the interpretation and application of academic policies and procedures. Undergraduate
Each program has expected requirements to complete your degree. Current students can view completed, pending, and outstanding course requirements by logging into their student portal and selecting "audit your degree".
Seminary
The seminary programs and certificates at Ambrose Seminary derive from our mission statements, philosophies of learning, goals and objectives. The following lists the available Ambrose Seminary programs and certificates.
Academic Calendars
Important Dates for Winter 2026
- Last day of classes: April 16
- Last day to apply for extension for course work: April 16
- Final Exams (including Saturday): April 18-24
- Graduation - Convocation Ceremony (all programs): May 11
Important Dates for Spring 2026
- Classes*: May 4 - July 30
- Victoria Day (no classes, campus closed): May 18
- Canada Day (no classes, campus closed): July 1
*NOTE: non-standard schedule courses (modules and spring term) have different drop, add and withdrawal deadlines. Please refer to individual course syllabi.
