Auditing A Class Registration Request Form

Audit Regulations and Procedures

  • Classes may be audited with the approval of the instructor, in consultation with the Office of the Registrar.
  • Once registered, the student will appear on the class list, and the audited course will appear on his or her transcript with a grade of AU. No credit is granted for such courses.
  • Audit students are required to attend all lectures and participate in class, but will not be required to complete assignments. Projects and exams of auditors will not be graded, although course reading may be required.
  • The deadline to change from credit to audit is the add/drop deadline.
  • The deadline to change from audit to credit (if you are elligable) is the add/drop deadline.
  • $250 Tuition deposit is in effect for auditing students.
