Students are not permitted to enrol in more than 16.5 credit hours without special permission granted via this form. Please note the following important information regarding a course overload:

• A course overload is considered anything over 16.5 credit hours in a given semester.
• Special permission is approved by the registrar  and your advisor.
• A request for a course overload will be considered only if:

1. The student is in their second year at Ambrose University or more. Transfer students will be assessed on the basis of what year they are in at Ambrose, not in their studies overall. Or
2. The student's cumulative GPA meets the requirements noted in the academic calendar.
