The Office of the Registrar provides service to students in the areas of registration, transfer credit, academic records, and graduation, as well as in the interpretation and application of academic policies and procedures.

New Registration Policy
- Beginning for the Fall 2010 semester, a non-refundable tuition deposit will be required before you will be able to register for courses. You may make payment with the finance office in person or via phone. Please be advised of the following:
- If a current student of Ambrose, to register online please visit: http://www.students.ambrose.edu/ If you have not received your unique username and password, please contact the IT department at: helpdesk@ambrose.edu.
- Please note that the deposit will be applied to your tuition charges.

New Audit Policy
- Individual classes may be audited with the approval of the Registrar and the Instructor. Audit students are expected to attend class as required by the professor. Failure to do so may result in an AW (audit withdrawal) grade. No credit is granted for such courses. Projects and exams of auditors will not be graded, although reading may be required. Audit courses will be noted as such on a student's transcript with a final grade of AU. The deadline for students to change from credit to audit is the last day of the Registration Revision period (Please see the Academic Calendar of events for this deadline).

- To view Winter 2010 Final Grades, please visit your student portal at: http://www.students.ambrose.edu/ Click on the "Students" tab and choose "Grades" from the drop down menu. You will not be able to view a CGPA on yout student portal until this application has been configured and has been appropriately made available; unfortunately, this information can not be shared over the phone. Thank you for your patience.

| Application to take Graduate Course for Undergraduate Credit | Undergraduate students who are within their third to fourth year of their program may apply to take a graduate course and apply it for undergraduate credit. |
| Students may use this time blocked table to organize their weekly class schedule. | |
| Change of Address or Name Form | Complete and return this form to change your address or legal name on file. Students may also change their address via the student portal. Please note that a change of name requires legal documentation. |
| Change of Program Form | Students may use this form to request a change in program of study. |
| Extension Request Form | If there are circumstances that make it impossible for you to complete course work on the indicated completion date, you may complete and submit this form for consideration of an extension request. Please see the Academic Calendar for deadline of submission. |

| Letter of Permission Application Form | As a current Ambrose student, you may wish to take courses at another institution and transfer the credits to your Ambrose program. If so, please complete this application form and submit it to the Office of the Registrar before undertaking study at another institution. If granted, a letter of permission will give you visiting student status at another institution and will ensure--provided that you receive a transferable grade--that the requested courses will transfer into your degree program at Ambrose. |

| Registration Form for Individual Courses | If you have not been formally admitted to Ambrose or you are a visiting student from another institution, you may use this form to register for up to five courses (15 credit hours) as an unclassified student. |
| Request for Course Overload | If you would like to take more than 17.5 credit hours in a given semester, you may put in a request for a course overload. Please view top of form for eligibility. |
| Request to Audit | Courses may be audited with the approval of the instructor, in consultation with the Registrar. Please complete and submit this form to the Office of the Registrar if you are looking to audit a course. |
| Revised Examination Request | Current students may complete and submit this form if any one of the following apply: (i) The scheduled final exam slot conflicts with another exam. (ii) The scheduled final exam slot results in three examinations in one 24-hour period. OR (iii) The scheduled final exam conflicts with another exam at another institution (Official documentation will be required for this consideration). Please see the Academic Calender for deadline of submission. |
| Waiver of Prerequisite or Co-requisite | If you are missing a prerequisite for a course you would like to register for or will be taking the prerequisite during the same time as the desired course (co-requisite), please complete and submit this form. Make sure to obtain the proper approvals by receiving signatures from the respective individual(s). Please be advised that a waiver of prerequisite does not act as a course substitution. |
