Registrar
The Office of the Registrar provides service to students in the areas of registration, transfer credit, academic records, and graduation, as well as in the interpretation and application of academic policies and procedures.
We strive to serve students in a way that reflects the values of equitable treatment, clarity, confidentiality, and respect for all persons.

The Office of the Registrar will be CLOSED for Chapel Tuesday's & Thursday's from 11:00 to 12:00
New Policy
- Beginning for Fall 2010 registrations, a non-refundable tuition deposit will be required before you will be able to register for courses. Please be advised of the following:
- Ambrose will be implimenting an online Registration process. Please stay tuned for further information regarding this.
- Please note that the deposit will be applied to your tuition charges.

- Important Information: During the semester, the Ambrose email account serves as the primary mode of communication with students. Information delivered to a student's Ambrose email address will be considered official notification.

| For those students who are visiting or are not enrolled in a program at Ambrose. Students may take up to 15 credit hours without needing to be enrolled in a program. |

| Application to take Graduate Course for Undergraduate Credit | Undergraduate students who are within their third to fourth year of program may apply to take a graduate course and apply it for undergraduate credit. Please read the notes at the top of the form regarding eligibility. |
| Student's may use this time blocked table to organize their weekly class schedule. | |
| Change of Address or Name Form | Complete and return this form to change your address or legal name on file. Please note that a change of name requires legal documentation of your new name. |
| Change of Program Form | If you currently attend Ambrose, you can use this form to change your program of study. |
| Extension Request Form | If there are circumstances that make it impossible for you to complete course work on the indicated completion date, you may complete and submit this form for consideration of an extension request. Please see the Academic Calendar for the deadline of submission. |
| If you expect to graduate in the 2009-2010 academic year, please complete and submit this form to the Office of the Registrar. Please see the Academic Calendar for the deadline of submission. | |
| Letter of Permission Application Form | As a current Ambrose student, you may wish to take courses at another institution and transfer the credits to your Ambrose program. If so, please complete this application form and submit it to the Office of the Registrar before undertaking study at another institution. If granted, a letter of permission will give you visiting student status at another institution and will ensure--provided that you receive a transferable grade--that the requested courses will transfer into your degree program at Ambrose. |

| Current students may use this form to add, to drop, or to audit courses.
All students MUST fill out this form at the beginning of each academic year in order to register for courses. The information collected on this sheet will be used to contact the student in relation to his or her academic record, financial account, campus services, income tax purposes, and in case of an emergency. |
| Registration Form for Individual Courses | If you have not been formally admitted to Ambrose or you are a visiting student from another institution, you may use this form to register for up to five courses as an unclassified student. |
| Request for Course Overload | If you would like to take more than 17.5 credit hours in a given semester, you may put in a request for a course overload. Please view top of form for eligibility. |
| Revised Examination Request | Current students may complete and submit this form if any one of the following apply: (i) The scheduled final exam slot conflicts with another exam. (ii) The scheduled final exam slot results in three examinations in one 24-hour period. OR (iii) The scheduled final exam conflicts with another exam at another institution (Official documentation will be required for this consideration). |
