onSite
onSite is the overseas internship program of Ambrose University College. It is 7-10 months of ministry and study in a foreign nation. It satisfies the internship requirements of the Bachelor of Ministry and Bachelor of Theology programs, but is also an option for Arts & Science students in any of Ambrose University College's programs.
While on onSite students can earn 12 credits for internship (ministry students only) as well as an additional 9 credits that can be applied to almost any program. These credits include 6 credits of language study and 3 credits for onSite History and Culture.
Students may apply to onSite at the beginning of their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year to go the following year. All students in the Intercultural Studies concentration must apply to onSite. Students must complete Cultural Anthropology and Team Dynamics (aka the onSite course) before going onSite.
If you are interested in the onSite program and would like more information contact Emma Emgard at onsite@ambrose.edu.
