Student Leadership

Student Council

In order to support Ambrose University College as a whole in achieving its objectives, the Student Council will aspire to enhance the spiritual, physical, social, and mental growth and development of the students in the Student Association. We will provide leadership that will work to present each student "perfect in Christ" (Col. 1:28), with the intent of demonstrating significant redemptive engagement from students, staff, and faculty, as well as to co-ordinate student activities.

Missions Executive

One of the objectives of the Missions Executive is to keep Missions alive within the student body community. This is done by praying for our missionaries, hosting mission chapels and by providing opportunity each spring to travel to a different part of the world. Trips have been taken to the Philippines, Thailand and Egypt.

Women's Leadership Team

Women actively journeying alongside women is the vision of the Women's Leadership Team. The team meets weekly with intent of planning monthly events, providing avenues which promote community and spiritual growth.  For information or to apply to be part of the team, contact: womensleadership@ambrose.edu

Athletic Leadership Team

The Athletic Leadership Team's purpose is to provide leadership to the athletic department.  A representative from each team is chosen to sit on this team.  Representatives act as liaisons between the Athletic director and the teams.  Every year the Athletic Leadership team is formed under Ryan Willison, the Athletic Director, and they meet together once a month to develop strategies and vision for the future of Lions athletics.

Youth Conference Central Planning Team

Every year Ambrose University College hosts Legacy Youth Conference. It is a conference where over 500 youth from all over the country attend and are challenged to push deeper in their walk with God, to worship, fellowship and have fun. One of the purposes of Legacy Youth Conference is to provide a laboratory for ministry training. Students have the opportunity to participate in the planning, the implementation, and the evaluation of these conferences.
