Roomate Wanted
Just some details, it is in a 1000 sq feet apartment located in Acadia, 10-15 drive to school and easy access to C-trains (Southland and Heritage a close walk to). My roommate and I are desperately looking for a third roommate to replace our previous one who left for school back east...he actually was a seminary student at Ambrose last semester. Our cost is $420 which includes utilities and internet. Our previous roommate kindly left his bed and an Ikea bookshelf so it is all ready for someone to move in!

I rent a 4000 (approx) square foot home on a 5 acre acreage a couple of blocks from the college (17ave and 77 st)

I am subletting the basement which is a walkout with a large patio. 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with fireplace, and lots of storage.

We would share the kitchen and washer/dryer which is upstairs. Included is all utilities, digital cable, wireless internet access, and an office with computer is available when I am not working in there.
