Married/Mature Student Housing

There may be apartments available in the Ambrose Student Residence on a restricted basis. Rent charges begin on the date of the contract, regardless of the date of occupancy. Rent is payable monthly in advance and a damage deposit of $300 is required. Rent is paid on a pre-approved payment basis where the money is automatically withdrawn from a renter’s bank account. A waiting list is maintained for these units. Contact the Residence Director for more information.

Each year the Student Development Office compiles a list of available apartments and suites in the Calgary area with information on details such as size, furnishings, whether utilities are extra, garage use, cost, etc. This information is made available to the incoming students who can then follow up on any leads they wish to.
