Now that you have made one of the most important decisions in your life - to pursue a post-secondary education, you have undoubtedly discovered that it is a considerable investment. At Ambrose University College, we understand the financial challenges facing today's students, and we are here to help! The good news is that there are ways to reduce the cost of your education, if you are willing to pursue them.

In most cases, funding comes in four major streams: scholarships, bursaries, student loans and student employment. Scholarships are funds awarded based on merit, while bursaries are generally awarded based on financial need. Each university college develops their own guidelines for eligibility and award amounts. Students should consult the guidelines for each scholarship or bursary to understand the eligibility criteria.

Student loans are available from the Canadian government and provincial governments for Canadian students. For US and International students, please refer to the appropriate sections on this website and consult your state/federal Student Loan lending agencies.

Another option readily available to students is off-campus and on-campus employment. Students often overlook this option and miss out on a valuable opportunity to reduce their current debt load, thereby avoiding lingering high debt upon graduation.

Remember to plan ahead and don't miss out on your opportunity to invest in your life.
