  5. It is against college policy to provide overnight accommodation, unless the guest(s) or visitor(s) is first registered with the Resident Assistant. The Resident Assistant or Resident Director must approve the length of stay for any guest(s) or visitor(s). 10. Each Resident has a responsibility to respect the person and the property of other residents and the property of the residence. Residents are not to breach the security measures of the building nor damage the property of other residents.

  17. There are sensitive smoke detectors in the hallways of the residence that can be set off by cooking and barbequing smoke and other such related activities. False alarms will result in a fee from the City Fire Department of $500.00 or more which would be the responsibility of the Resident(s) involved.

  23. Ambrose shall not be liable for damage to person or property or loss of property for any cause whatsoever, whether the same be caused by default or negligence of another resident, or any person, whether lawfully or unlawfully upon the premises, and the Resident shall indemnify Ambrose against any such claim out of or in any way related to the actions of the Resident.
  24. Any non–observance or non–performance of the rules and regulations shall be deemed a breach of this contract and shall, in addition to any other remedies, entitle Ambrose to terminate this contract and take possession of the assigned room.
  25. This contract remains in effect and binding for the full period stated.
