Ministry Programs

Our professional ministry programs prepare you for ministry in an ever-changing culture. We are driven by the desire to see students develop morally, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually to lead the church. Receive a solid grounding in your faith. Prepare to serve in the church and society.

Our Program

Understand the nature of worship and hone performance and administrative skills that form the core of effective worship ministry in the local church. Participate in national or international touring choirs, as well as a wide range of ensembles (jazz, orchestra, vocal, student worship teams).

Field Education

Unique to all ministry programs at Ambrose is Field Education – the integration of classroom teaching with supervised field experience. While our Field Education includes active ministry engagement in a practicum site, the purpose is to learn to reflect on that experience, making theological and biblical connections in class and then going back into the practicum site to improve ministry practice.
