Our Seminary Program

The Master of Divinity (Intercultural Studies) degree builds on the strengths of the Master of Divinity degree, with a special focus on intercultural studies. You'll learn how to find common holy ground within diverse traditions, ethnicities, and ways of life. The program includes the study of biblical languages, and integrates personal spiritual formation together with professional development. An internship in a cross-cultural context is required.

The goal of the degree is to develop a deep understanding of the opportunities for Christian ministry within various religious, social and cultural contexxts. Many missions organizations require and MDiv or MA for overseas service.

Total Credits: 90 credits

Ministry Outcome: Cross-cultural pastoral ministries in North American or international contexts
