Chaplaincy at Ambrose
A unique course in chaplaincy is being offered Feb.19-23, 2008 at Ambrose Seminary in Calgary. It's called "The Ministry of the Chaplain," and it promises to be a great experience. The course is designed for people who might be considering Chaplaincy as the way to serve Christ and His church. The course will help them by offering exposure to a variety of chaplains in their own ministry contexts, hospitals, long-term care centres, downtown street ministries etc. The course majors on practice, and will take students right to the places where chaplains do their daily work.
Peter Ralph, Professor of Pastoral Theology at Ambrose Seminary coordinates this course. Dr. Ralph says, "I'd love to speak to you or anyone you may refer about the course or chaplaincy in general. I invite responses directly to my email address at pralph@ambrose.edu ."
