Assistant Professor in New Testament Rob Snow Receives PhD
November 20, 2007 - Faculty member Rob Snow has just completed his PhD in New Testament at the University of Manchester, England. His dissertation advisor was Dr. Kent Brower from Nazarene Theological College - Manchester. NTC Manchester is affliated with the U of Manchester. The external examiners were Dr. Dwight Swanson and the renouned Mark scholar Prof. Morna Hooker. The dissertation is titled Daniel's Son of Man in Mark: A redefinition of the earthly temple and the formation of a new temple community.
Rob did his masters work at Regent College, Vancouver and his undergraduate at Ambrose (then Canadian Nazarene College). Dr. Snow teaches Biblical studies on the Ambrose campus.
