The Ambrose Basketball teams are off and running.  Our men have started the season 3-0 and currently sit in first place in the ACAL, with wins over Olds 2 and Millar.  The girls also played Millar twice and lost both games by just a few points each. 

Our Futsal teams continue to dominate.  Our teams squared off against St. Mary's last weekend.  Our girls trounced their girls 16-1 and our guys beat their men 8-2.  Both of our teams share a perfect record at 3-0 and sit atop the ACAL standings.  This Saturday (January 23^rd) in the Den, we are hosting an all day futsal regular season tourney.  The Lions will play the other three teams all in one day.  The schedule for our teams is as follows:

• - 8:00am - women vs. St. Mary's
• - 9:10am - men vs. St. Mary's
• - 3:00pm - women vs. Olds
• - 4:10pm - men vs. Olds
• - 5:20pm - women vs. Prairie
• - 6:30pm - men vs. Prairie

The Hockey team continues to play well, still sitting in 4^th place with a 10-4-2 record.  They face off against the Snipers on Monday night at 10:45pm at Crowchild Twin Arena.
