Tuition, Lessons and Residence Refunds
Students who reduce or change their course load after the Registration Revision period will not be given a refund in tuition. Music students withdrawing from private lessons will be charged for an additional four hour lesson, following the date the Registrar signs the withdrawal form. In case of serious illness, or other unusual circumstances beyond the student’s control, refunds beyond those outlined or exceptions to the financial policies stated in this Calendar may be considered and authorized by the Director of Finance on an individual basis.
For full withdrawal from Ambrose, the following refunds will apply:

| No refunds after this date. Other Semester fees are not refundable. Scholarships and other financial awards will be withdrawn. | ||
The withdrawal date will be the date on which the withdrawal form is signed by the Registrar.
