August 2, 2007 - The Campaign for Ambrose University College's new campus has moved into high gear. Since January 1, 2006, new pledges of $3,039,780 have been received along with almost $1 million in new non-pledged cash.

July 24, 2007 - The current stretch of dry July weather is helping crews get back on the time table after a wet June. According to Elan's Senior Site Superintendent Henry Rarog, construction is "on schedule".

July 26, 2007 – On July 16th Calgary City Council approved the land use boundary change for the 2.7 acre commercial site. Rolly Laing made the presentation which was supported by Alderman Craig Burrows. This commercial site is located on the front edge of the new campus across from the library.

July 5, 2007 - Alberta Advanced Education and Technology's Internationalizing the Teaching and Learning Practice: Awards of Distinction was recently awarded to Dr. Emma Emgård, Ambrose's Assistant Professor of Intercultural Studies, for her development of the onSite program.

July 26, 2007 - Kueth Diew (BA Behavioural Science ’06) returned to Sudan after graduation with a dream of educating refugee children. Since no school existed in the region around his southern rural village of Jickow, Kueth began to teach all the children but was forced to turn students away once the numbers exceeded 300. Amazingly he was teaching without any supplies.
