Tim spent the first five years of ministry as the Director of Athletics at CBC. He became Youth Pastor at Glen Carin Alliance Church in Regina (8 yrs) and Youth Pastor in Unionville Alliance Church (12 yrs). Like to discuss and specialize studies and teaching in spiritual formation and faith development in teenagers. Presently writing book reviews for the Journal of Youth Ministry, Seeing Through Cynicism. Any awards have come in coaching basketball and soccer P.A.C. coach of the year twice in each sport.
