Learning Never Ends

2. Learning Never Ends

When it comes to choosing what you are going to do when you graduate, do you find yourself asking any of these questions?

  • Do I have all the skills I need for the work I want to do?
  • How can identify what skills I might be missing?
  • How can I ensure that I find a job that will support my vocation?
  • How can I learn more about the kind of work I want to do?
  • Are there going to be jobs for me when I graduate?
  • Do I want to work for someone else, or can I be my own boss?

Answer: Doing more research will help you become more intentional and informed about planning your career and being prepared for the type of work you will be doing. Extra information and consultation with experienced counselors, and professionals in the field will help you learn more about the field you are entering and it will give you more specific information to pray about for your future career choices and calling.

Learn more by doing some research and exploration about different occupations!

We help students learn how to do their own Occupational Research, and how to understand the local and national Labour Market. Attend one of our workshops.
